The director Mr. Otshepeng Johannes Tau comes from a previously disadvantaged background to South African as a migrant worker who had knowledge of the business environment.

He worked for Virgin Active for more than eight years of which four of those were as operations manager in charge of the security department which is where he developed his love of the security industry. Due to covid-19 he was retrenched and started his own company with the experience acquired from managing one of the biggest companies in South Africa.

OTAU Tactical is structured in the format of a private company and is in a strong position to address the problem of crime in our area and surrounding areas. We are currently the leading security company in open-cast mines in the Lichtenburg North West Province providing security to 8 mines, guest houses and 2 industrial sites.
